Pricing depends on a few things such as; the band you require, venue size, distance, set up and finish times etc. This is why we price each unique event separately. Please contact us for an exact quote, this way we can work towards getting you the best deal for your money
As standard we would perform for 2x45 minute sets, and we provide all the PA system and lighting for stage and some for the dancefloor. Travel is always included in the quote and we have full PLI insurance / all of our equipment is PAT tested.
Yes, we require 30% of the final booking fee to confirm a booking. This charge will be included in the overall pricing for the event. This can be paid by Bank Transfer or Cheque
5mx4m would be ideal but we've performed in much smaller spaces. We can make it work, but just bear in mind the drumkit needs at least 2m squared. So certainly nothing smaller than that!
This is totally depending on your event, and we are very flexible on timings. But these timings usually work pretty well (especially for Weddings)

DJ to whenever you fancy
We play a DJ Set through the PA System from a laptop. If you prefer you can provide your own CD’s or a playlist on an iPod.
We would love you to chose your set, the day is supposed to be as personal to as possible! We have a wide repertoire to chose from, and we will help to create a personalised set with you from your choices.
We can provide many extras such as a DJ for after the live music, a Duo for the wedding breakfast, solo piano for the ceremony. Just ask, and we can probably do it!
Yes we do! We have 2x 4 ParCan T-bars for the stage & 4 Cluster lights for the dance floor.
Sure, as long as it's organised before hand we have no problem with that - they would need to bring their own equipment though!
We have had plenty of experience playing in venues with Sound Limiters, while they're not idea, we can make it work! Its important to let us know upon booking, so we can either speak to the venue prior to the event, or make sure we give ourselves enough time have a really good soundcheck
We always enjoy increasing our repertoire. Speak to us about any song choices you have, and we will make every effort to learn them for you.
We each have Public Liability insurance up to £10,000,000, and all of our equipment is PAT tested. We always keep these certificates up to date.
We are happy to travel anywhere to play for you. Transport and accommodation, where necessary, will be considered when pricing your event.
We are happy to learn songs for first dances, and also have a list of first dance recommendations.
Depending on the time your speeches are, and if we're set up you can use our mics for speeches. We have a Wireless Mic just for you!
Depending on the method of payment, we require payment before or on the day of the event. We accept Bank Transfers, Cash or Cheque* (*which has to be paid a week before the event)
Unfortunately deposits can’t be refunded if there is a cancellation. If the event must be cancelled we ask to be informed as soon as possible. There may be liquidation costs if left too late
Never, We have plenty of professional stand-in musicians who can step in in the unlikely event that a member of The One Night Band can not make it. However this has never happened.
We always have extra songs for an encore prepared. An extra fee may be incurred for extended performances.
We aren't too fussy! We ask for 6 x hot meals during our time, and would appreciate a room to get ready in before performing.
